Terms & Conditions of Reservation
General conditions of stay:
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on Long Weekends.
  • Subject to availability, one night bookings can be made but carry a 25% surcharge
  • Cleaning service is available on request for an additional fee
  • Please bring your own swimming towels
  • Right of admission reserved.

    • Deposit policy:
  • A 50% deposit to confirm bookings, the balance is payable on arrival.
  • We accept Visa & Mastercards & most major foreign currencies.
  • No refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.
  • During school holidays & long weekends only full payment confirms your booking. This amount is non- refundable..
  • All bookings are subject to confirmation.
  • A Conservation fee are payable once the gates to the Game Reserve is in operation.

    • Check-in and departure times:
  • Our normal check-in time is between 14h00 and 19h00. Any other time must be by prior arrangement.
  • No check-ins will be accepted after 21h00.
  • Check-out is before 10h00 on day of departure. Any other time must be by prior arrangement.

    • Cancellation charges:
  • 30 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the total amount of the booking (ie. 50% of deposit)
  • 15 days prior to arrival date - 50% of total amount of the booking
  • Less than 7 days ,or non-arrival (no show) - total amount of the booking
  • An administration fee of R100 applies with cancellation.
  • By providing credit card details in lieu of deposit, the card holder grants Hanati Chalets the right to debit the card with the above charges

    • Indemnity:
  • Guests/ visitors enter this establishment and all its facilities at their own risk.
  • We requests that no children under the age of 8 are permitted at the swimming pool area without a parent or guardian present.
  • Residents/visitors damaging any part of the accommodation, movables or facilities on the resort, whether wilfullly, negligently or accidentally, shall be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the same.
  • The Proprietor, it's agents or its employees ("the Propietor") shall not be liable for, and the guest(s) waive(s) and abandon(s) any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise
